Could not sleep at all last night. Decided to try to somehow “reset” my sleep cycle by staying awake all day. Went for a walk this morning, didn’t take phone or gps watch with me. How freeing it was!

I went way longer than I planned. Actually I didn’t plan anything, just had to get out. I walked through a valley and then up a mountain. When I came back, found out I was gone for 3 hours. The best part was sitting on top of the mountain and being able to relax without all the technology to fool with.
