Stop ignoring the fact that you have been damaged by something. Realizing the fact makes it easier to heal.

Stop listening to people that tell you it’s genetics. They tell you that to make you feel better, because in reality, they have no idea.

Stop getting angry at doctors, they’re just doing what they’ve been taught. Which is to diagnose by observing the symptoms that you exhibit.What they need to do is ask about your lifestyle instead of just treating the symptoms. Get to the root of the problem. The cause of the symptoms. Not just put a band-aid on a wound and hope it doesn’t happen again.
